Cross Roads Baptist Church Children's Ministry

Each week, we work hard to intentionally create a loving and safe environment where your kids can develop positive, relational connections and be taught the truth of God's Word on a level they can understand.  We hope you find our Preschool and Children's Ministries to be places of spiritual nurture for your little ones.

• Family Worship

Parents, as seen in God's Word, have the primary responsibility for teaching and modeling worship and truth to their children, (Deuteronomy 6:7; 11:18-21). We are committed to developing a structure of ministry in which your children can receive age appropriate ministry and, in addition, be included in corporate worship as part of our church family, (Deuteronomy 31:12-13).

• Building Healthy Families

The Cross Roads Baptist Church family is committed to partnering with parents in their role of spiritually mentoring their children.  It is our desire to provide families with weekly resources that will assist them in teaching spiritual truth in the home.  Our philosophy of ministering to children includes a vital ministry to parents.  We believe assisting parents in building a spiritual foundation in their home will result in Christ-centered marriages, more loving parents, and therefore, healthier children.

• Loving Others

Jesus said there is a way we can show others that we are His disciples - by loving one another, (John 13:35).  As we strive toward building a balanced foundation of faith in the lives of our families, we also focus on the task of sharing the grace of Jesus Christ with our communities, nation, and world.
